Ruminators

Much like Perfectionists, Ruminators obsess over their mistakes. What makes the two different is that Ruminators think about all and any mistakes. Meaning that they think they are responsible for a certain event or what could happen.

These are often people who think up scenarios and often live in fear of letting someone down. So they try to people please. They dwell on what someone else may think of them and try to keep up that image. Ruminators often live in this constant cycle of that experience and don't give it up.

People pleasing isn't healthy but this is what they are afraid of. Their mindset is what the audience wants not always what the manager wants. Ruminators live in a constant brainstorm and "what if" mindset.
