Finishers

This type of over thinker likes to have every question answered. Just one question unanswered stops them in their track and continue to dwell on that detail until itʻs answered.

Here's an example; Let's use the analogy of coding, the system being you, and the code being directions or a task. For coding you need every component put in correctly in order for it to run. But if one piece is input into the system incorrectly, there is an error and your code won't run at all. Finishers thought process is exactly that! They often find themselves not being able to complete a task because they are missing a piece. Yet, if a person who doesn't over think were to be told the same they would automatically assume the next step. While a Finisher gets stuck trying to figure out the next step.

Basically, Finishers need to be told exactly what to do and how to do it in order for the task to be completed.
