Types of Overthinkers
1.
Perfectionists
These are the kind of people who fear failure and dwell on the mistakes. Being concerned with their idea of perfection, they have trouble dropping the worry about tedious details.
2.
Finishers
This type of over thinker likes to have every question answered. Just one question unanswered stops them in their track and continue to dwell on that detail until itʻs answered.
3.
Ruminators
Much like Perfectionists, Ruminators obsess over their mistakes. What makes the two different is that Ruminators are time based. Meaning that they think they are responsible for a certain event or what could happen.
4.
Fence-Sitters
Indecisive people are the lower level of Fence-sitters. Fence-sitters contemplate about a decision for as long as they can. These people like to dwell deep into unnecessarily intricate details of their options.
